T-minus 60 day launch of NE WI Organizing Co-op

Join hosts Nettie McGee and Sue Hopfensperger and others on Thursday October 20 at the Appleton Public Library to launch the beginning of a 60 day drive to talk to hundreds of N.E. W.I residents about this concept known as the Citizen Action Organizing Cooperative - a member-based progressive organization fighting every day for what YOU want to change - and ask them: what should we do to make Northeast Wisconsin a better place to live and work?

The Citizen Action Organizing Cooperative is a membership based organization that is totally local, with elected leaders hiring their own local permanent organizer. This organizer spends every day finding other people who will agree with YOU on how we should fight for a better Wisconsin, and launches local campaigns to do so. The Organizing Cooperative is already in place in Western Wisconsin and Greater Milwaukee, and have already won important victories!

Join us next Thursday at 7 p.m. as we launch this T-minus and counting, 60 day effort to talk to hundreds of people!
