Can I enroll in a marketplace plan without putting in my financial information? My income fluctuates. I won’t know until I file my taxes next year whether I will qualify for help paying my premiums in 2015.

I would like to know if the tax credits are available to me as my new employer offers insurance. I don’t know what kind of insurance this would be and I don’t know if I can keep my doctor as I am working out of state. So just to recap my employer does provide insurance but I like the plan I had last year. I won’t be able to afford this plan with out tax credits. Can I still receive them if my employer offers insurance?

I already have Medicare and the state employee WPS supplemental. Might any of the plans offered through ACA repay for more, like co-pays, OTCs, or my other medical costs?

My nephew has been diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer in the last week but in the next three weeks will have no income after he receives his final paycheck. He made $13 too much to afford ACA insurance (he also has a $500 monthly student loan payment each month and the Act fails to address peoples expenses so it loses the young people-he’s 28-who have these loans and early living expenses-from being able to sign up and you wonder why it’s hard to get them signed up) so couldn’t go to a doctor to find out earlier he had cancer so now it’s probably too late. Is there any part of this program that DOES help? Or that can be used now? ACA has failed my nephew.
