These 80,000 people were promised by Governor Walker in his Budget that they would be covered January 1st and now won't have coverage until April 1st. Enough is enough, if Wisconsin changes its mind and accepts the full federal Medicaid funds we could cover all these individuals and leave no one in the cold.
