Claire Zautke, Health Care for All Director (M.P.A, University of Wisconsin-Madison, B.A. Carthage College). Claire is a former Milwaukee School Board member and outreach director who came to Citizen Action after completing her Master of Public Affairs at the UW’s La Follette School of Public Affairs. Claire studied policy analysis, program evaluation, statistical and cost-benefit analysis, and nonprofit management. Claire is passionate about addressing the failings of our health care system, and advocating for high-quality, affordable, and equitable access to health care for all.
