North Central Organizing Co-op Members Attend Fair Maps Summit

This past Saturday, several members of the NC Organizing Co-op joined a large turnout of people at the Fair Maps Summit in Marshfield. The large turnout of people from across the state demonstrate that this issues is a top priority for a lot of Wisconsinites.

Members of the Co-op from Oneida and Marathon County were in attendance, which is vitally important considering that these two counties have not passed a Fair Maps resolution. In Oneida County, Fair Maps activists have started going to each municipality to pass resolutions in support. The Town of Neubold has already passed one. Now, they’re working on the City of Rhinelander next. This work is being done by members of the groups that belong to the Fair Maps Coalition.

If you would like to know what you can do to help with Fair Maps, contact Joel Lewis at 715-551-2525 or [email protected]
